OUR MISSION

It is the mission of South Florida Property Owners Consulting LLC to assist Property Owners in their pursuit of responsible, honest and transparent representation and management by the Associations that they have duly elected to represent them. 

WE DO THIS BY

• Listening to and understanding Owner grievances.
• Employing and partnering with knowledgeable service providers experienced in the areas of property management, fraud association law, accounting and auditing.
• Advising and counselling Owners with options in their pursuit for justice.
• Providing exploratory and investigatory services to validate Owner grievances.
• Empowering Owners by providing them with pertinent information and the tools necessary to pursue appropriate action.
• Proactively working with Associations and Officers to ensure understanding and compliance with current state laws.
• Maintaining open communication and working in conjunction with local law makers, law enforcement and state regulators.
