Ms. Maria Gabriela Vargas (Gaby) is a veteran fiscal administrator with over 15 years experience in financial management, including budgeting, auditing, grants management and fiscal contract compliance in the Not- for-Profit and Healthcare industry. During her career Gaby has worked implementing accounting systems, developing effective systems of internal controls, establishing accounting policies and procedures for monitoring financial transactions as well as overseeing the preparation of regulatory compliance according to contract specifications.
